- 12 Lilas Thick Fillo Dough Wrappers
- 3 potatoes, peeled
- 3 carrots, peeled
- ¾ cup peas
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon each – cumin, cardamom, turmeric, chilli pepper, salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- splash hot sauce
- cooking spray
- Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, drain and mash lightly.
- Add peas to potato and carrot mash, set aside to cool.
- Heat pan on medium heat, add oil, garlic and spices and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add spices to vegetables and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 400oF.
- Remove 1 Lilas Fillo Dough Wrapper and spray with cooking spray. Place a large spoonful of vegetable mixture into corner and fold into a triangle. Continue with other wrappers and filling.
- Place on a baking sheet and spray all samosas with more cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with chutney of your choice.
