Mini Pastrami Packages


  • 1 lb (16 oz) Lilas Fillo Dough #4 or #5
  • 1 lb pastrami, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz) container of cream cheese with chives and onions, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
  2. Layer 5 sheets of Lilas Fillo Dough, brushing butter between each sheet. Cut into 6 equal squares.
  3. Place 2 teaspoons of cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of the pastrami in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the ends and corners of each square over into the center, brush some extra butter on bottom and top to seal, and place folded side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with spicy mustard or condiment or dip of your liking
