- 10 fillo dough sheets
- 100g (3 ½ oz) cream cheese
- 130g (4 ½ oz) goat’s cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 325oF.
- Trim the 10 fillo sheets to 30 cm (12in) x 20 cm (8in).
- Brush 5 of the fillo sheets with oil, stack on top of each other and place on a baking tray lined with a non-stick baking paper.
- Combine cream cheese, goat’s cheese, dill, chives, parsley. Spread cheese mixture over pastry stack. Brush remaining 5 fillo sheets with oil, stack and place on top of cheese layer.
- Cut pastry into 60 small squares, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
