Cheese and Spinach Triangles


  • 1 lb Lilas Fillo dough
  • 1 lb melted butter
  • 1 lb Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ tsp dill
  • Salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ c. minced parsley
  • 3 lbs fresh spinach, washed, dried and chopped
  • 2 bunches scallions
  • ½ c. olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
  2. Brown scallions and garlic in oil until tender. Combine spinach, parsley, dill, beaten eggs and cheese. Add cooked scallions and garlic; season with salt and mix well.
  3. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cut Lilas Fillo Dough into 3 inch strips and brush with melted butter.
  4. Place 1 teaspoon of mixture at bottom of 2 buttered strips. Fold corners up to form a triangle, use entire strip and place on cookie sheet.
  5. Continue until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
