- 1 lb Lilas Fillo dough
- 1 lb melted butter
- 1 lb Feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ tsp dill
- Salt
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- ¼ c. minced parsley
- 3 lbs fresh spinach, washed, dried and chopped
- 2 bunches scallions
- ½ c. olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350oF.
- Brown scallions and garlic in oil until tender. Combine spinach, parsley, dill, beaten eggs and cheese. Add cooked scallions and garlic; season with salt and mix well.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cut Lilas Fillo Dough into 3 inch strips and brush with melted butter.
- Place 1 teaspoon of mixture at bottom of 2 buttered strips. Fold corners up to form a triangle, use entire strip and place on cookie sheet.
- Continue until all ingredients are used.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes.
